The Cultural Affairs Bureau and Shenzhen OCT-LOFT jointly organise the “Shenzhen T-Street Creative Mart x Macao Tap Siac Craft Market” and the participation of local cultural and creative entities in the Shenzhen market in December. Applications for stall operators and handicraft workshop are open from today until 17 October.

The 15th Cross-Strait (Xiamen) Cultural Industries Fair (CCCIF) will be held in late October 2024 in Xiamen. The Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC, from the Portuguese acronym) will arrange for Macao’s cultural and creative entities to participate in the CCCIF. Through the establishment of the “Macao Creative Pavilion”, the IC endeavours to promote Macao’s cultural and creative products and services and facilitate industry exchanges and development. Applications for the exhibition are open from today to 5 September.

Organised by the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC, from the Portuguese acronym), the “Craft Market in the Greater Bay Area” will be held from today (23 August) to 25 August in Guangzhou. The “Macao Fashion Pop-up Store” will be launched in parallel from today to 1 September. The public is welcome to visit the event.

In order to promote the development of cinematography and encourage Macao independent filmmakers to create more local films, the call for proposals for the programme “Local View Power”, organised by the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) is open from today to 5 September. Those who are interested in film production are welcome to participate.

The Tap Siac Craft Market in autumn will be held from 14 to 17, 21 to 24 November at Tap Siac Square. The calls for stall operators and creative handicraft workshops will be open from 30 July to 22 August. Applications are free of charge.

To nurture talented and promising musicians in Macao and further elevate the level of original music composition in the region, the “Echo Programme – Band Training Camp”, organised by the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC, from the Portuguese acronym), will be open for registration from 20 June to 12 July.
