The Cultural Affairs Bureau has organised the participation of relevant local departments and film and television industry entities in the Hong Kong International Film and TV Market (FILMART) 2025, and set up a “Macao Pavilion” in the event to promote Macao's film and television services, in the hope of encouraging more film and television projects to be shot in Macao and creating more opportunities for the development of the local industry.
Due to the enthusiastic response of the participation of local film and TV production entities in the "Macao Pavilion" at the Hong Kong International Film & TV Market (FILMART) in the open call for 2025, the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC, from the Portuguese acronym) will continue to call for exhibitors from 18 to 20 February.
The Tap Siac Craft Market in spring will be held from 24 to 27 April, 1 to 4 May at Tap Siac Square. The calls for stall operators and creative handicraft workshops are open from 5 to 26 February and from 5 to 19 February, respectively.
IC is now calling for the participation of local film and TV production entities at the FILMART. Interested parties are welcome to apply from 26 December 2024 to 16 January 2025, and application is free of charge.
